Crispy Garlic Parmesan Edamame

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked edamame (not in the pods)
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Small snack size ziploc bags
Directions

"Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a medium bowl,  add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then mix together.

In another medium bowl, add edamame and olive oil. Mix well until all edamame is coated.

Pour Parmesan cheese mixture on top of edamame, then stir until edamame is evenly coated.

Spread edamame on prepared baking sheet in an even layer.

Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned to your liking.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Place in ziploc bags ready for game time
